Grades 5-12 will have the opportunity to do a student vote on Friday, October 18. Grade 9 Social Studies students are helping set up the voting booths and ballot boxes and in running the station.  Tomorrow, groups of Grade 10 students will be circulating to the Grade 5-9 classes to explain the basics of what happens in an election, and a small sampling of some party platform promises.  It may be a great opportunity to ask the kids at home on Thursday night what values and issues and policies are on their mind as they go in to vote on Friday.  The school results will be shared on Monday.
