BVCS will hold its Fall Society Meeting on Monday, May 6, at 7:30 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room at BVCS. All society members are expected to attend either in person or on Zoom. Non-society members are welcome.
This AGM will cover some very important topics and we request the attendance, either in person or online, of our society members. These topics include:
- a very important presentation from the Facility Review Committee. They’ll present their work and will seek the society’s blessing to pursue some possible significant capital projects to be undertaken this summer or ASAP.
- the society will be asked to consider the purchase of a new school bus (requires society vote)
- several other important presentations from the board and administration.
You can attend in two ways:
- In person · Please come in person if you’re able to do so. We’ll meet in the Multi Purpose Room.
- Online · Can’t make it here in person? Join us online via zoom. Online participants will be able to vote on motions. You must register prior to receiving the zoom link.
Please attend in person if you are able (no RSVP required for in-person attendance.

This includes drawings from the Facility Review Committee, information about our bus situation, budgets and much more.
