We’ve been harvesting the BVCS garden this week, and it looks like we’ll have an abundance of produce! While we’ll be using much of the produce for Friday’s Harvest Lunch, we’ll also have ten to fifteen boxes of extra produce. We’ve decided to sell this for $25 per box, with all proceeds going to Matt & Rachel Schippers (Rachel Wisselink). This is a new-to-BVCS family. Rachel has ALS and will be pursuing treatment in Mexico.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Each box is $25. Payable in cash or cheque at the front office when you pick up.
- Boxes will generally contain potatoes, corn, leeks, kale red cabbage and fresh oregano. But please understand that exact contents will vary by box (quantity and contents).
- All boxes must be picked up by end of day on Friday, October 2. Please do not leave your produce boxes here over the weekend.
- We believe we’ll have between 10 to 15 boxes, but we do not know an exact number until later on Friday. Boxes are sold as available. The first to sign up will the the first in line to receive.
