BVCS kindergarten teacher Christa LaFountain has been selected to receive a Regional Certificate of Achievement for the 2021 Prime Minister’s Award (PMA) for Teaching Excellence. Winning a Prime Minister’s Award is an honour and a proud moment for our school and our community. The complete list of 2021 recipients is available at www.canada.ca/pm-awards.
The school will receive a certificate signed by the Prime Minister. To recognize this remarkable achievement, you may wish to have a celebration. Members of Parliament with award recipients in their constituencies are informed by the Prime Minister’s Awards program office and are provided with information about the successful teacher.
