The deadline for new admissions for September 2025 is May 1. We will continue to accept admissions applications after this date, but those applications will be considered ‘late applications’ (and may not be processed on time for September 2 start).
This applies to new applications only. This deadline announcement does not apply to already-enrolled K – 12 families or families already in the admissions process.
If you know of any new families who plan to apply for admission to BVCS for September, please advise them to contact the school and complete their admissions application prior to that date.
