Welcome back to another school year! We are excited to plan our upcoming trip in earnest this year. Although we heard from a number of you at the end of last year, we would like everyone to read the information provided in this letter, and fill out the form at the end. We need to have our participant numbers firmly set ASAP.
If losing your investment is a concern for you, we have discovered that we can include “cancel for any reason” insurance for a nominal fee with a tour group we are considering using. Stay tuned for more information on this.
Fundraising for our trip has already begun! In the summer, we worked the Elks booth at the Fall Fair, and ran the gates at the Kinsmen BBQ. Thank you to everyone who participated in those two fundraisers.
We would like you to be aware of the fundraisers that we are planning for the upcoming year. It is imperative that all students and parents participate in fundraising activities.
