Students in grades 6 through 8 are hard at work on their science fair projects. In fact, together they are producing between 40 to 50 projects! All those projects will need judges, so we’re seeking parents and community volunteers to lend a hand.
Science fair will happen at BVCS on Thursday, March 11. Volunteer judges will be assigned to evaluate a certain set of projects using school-supplied criteria. You’ll be engaging students with some probing questions, encouraging feedback and suggestions on each project. You don’t need to have a science background, but it helps. Parents or community members with backgrounds in engineering, medical arts and other technical and professional fields would certainly be appreciated.
