If you have not renewed your membership, or if you are not sure if you have renewed your membership, please contact Tom Grasmeyer immediately. Please inquire at tgrasmeyer@bvcs.ca or 250-847-4238. Tom can confirm if you have a current membership and, if you don’t, give you instructions on how to to renew.
All memberships expire on 15 September annually. There is a grace period from September 15 until the fall AGM (October 19 this year). Any non-renewed memberships after October 19 will be removed, per policy. If your membership is removed, the only way back into membership is with a new application. New applications are subject to a one-year applicant (waiting) period. In short: it’s a lot easier to renew than to re-apply.
We have made a number of efforts to reach those who have not renewed, primarily through email. Due to time, we are simply not able to phone each person individually. If you do not see a renewal notice in your inbox, contact Tom Grasmeyer immediately.
Membership is an important way that BVCS is governed and directed. Please do not let your membership expire.
