If your student is late or absent for a school day, we need to be informed. This is for attendance but, more importantly, also for safety reasons. If your student will be late or absent (arriving at school after 8:45 AM) please let us know by any of the following:
- complete our online form
- OR the online form is also accessible through the MyBVCS app
- OR phone the office 250-847-4238 (note: office doesn’t open until 8:15 AM…calls before then may not be answered)
If you fail to inform us we will make every effort to contact you by phone, email or text. We regret any disruptions this may cause to your work day.
Please make every effort to report any late starts or absences in a timely manner.
