Skatepark Opening

The updates and upgrades to the Smithers Skate Park are being celebrated today (May 29) started at 3 pm. Some huge names in professional skateboarding will be in attendance; Tony Hawk (CBC article here), Mark McMorris (represented Canada at recent Olympics), Grayson Fletcher, and Lizzie Armonto. While this isn’t a school-sponsored event, we wanted our students to know about it.
